Anywhere
We have been reading Green Eggs and Ham a lot lately. For those of you who are not familiar, it is quite repetitive and he clearly states throughout the book:
I do not want them here or there.
I do not like them anywhere.
I do not eat green eggs and ham.
I do not like them, Sam-I-am.
So the last couple of nights t asked me what "anywhere" means. I found this challenging to explain. Here is what the dictionary says: at or in or to any place. Not all that helpful for a 2 and half year old. I am already stumped and I am sure it is just beginning.
